I've also heard fasts have good results but I haven't been brave enough to try. I eat 3500 cal/day just to *maintain* weight, how would I make up for 10,000+ calories without being overly fatigued at 8-9% BF? The math doesn't appear to work out on first look.
This might be an experiment for the off season in September, not when currently ramping up for race season starting Jan 19th...
